The overall project objective is to get through the introduction of management and quality systems significantly improve the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of the hospital sector in the Republic of Serbian and thus contribute to oživotvorenju now adopted the strategy of the Ministry of Health and Social Care, focused on improving population health. The overall goal is achieved the realization of a set of specific goals:
- Continuous strengthening the functions of management in the hospital sector of the Republic of Serbian
- Establishing a system for improving and managing quality health care in the hospitals of the Republic of Serbian,
- Establishment of cooperation in terms of quality, establishing systems to improve health care safety and risk management in the process of providing health care,
- Achieving sustainable accreditation program for the hospital sector, inclusion of health protection in all activities related to quality improvement of monitoring of quality indicators and the introduction of monitoring the safety of health care at the level of the hospital sector.
